Q: How long do meetings last? Meetings last approximately an hour.

Q: What is the dress code? There is no formal dress code. Dress comfortably! However, there will be instances where our meetings have recruiters and/or business professionals where we will strongly encourage you to dress in business professional attire. We will let you know in advance when you should be dressing up!

Q: Is there food? Yes, the Management Society offers its members complimentary food and refreshments 15 minutes prior to the start of each meeting.

Q: What should bring with me to the meeting? Nothing! Just bring your best self. If you’re feeling ambitious, bring a resume and/or a pen and paper to take notes.

Q: Do I have to be a Management major? No! The Management Society is open to all majors at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, interested in learning about management and leadership. Membership Applications are available at msut.org/apply.

Q: Will there be opportunities to join the club executive board? Yes! We'd love for anyone and everyone to get involved. To be involved on our executive board, you must be an active member for at least 1 semester. Feel free to reach out to the Management Society President at msut@utk.edu with any other questions about club leadership opportunities.
